I’ve been a Realtor in Yakima for 20 years. This is my profession. I choose to take on a limited number of clients to give them the personal attention everyone deserves. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from WSU and spent just over 7 years in the architecture field. From there, I stretched into real estate. I have so many designations I could choose to put behind my name I’ve now accidentally started re-taking the classes! I am a certified e-Pro, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and National Realtor Association certified Commitment to Excellence in 2021. All agents in the state are now referred to as Brokers, so don’t be confused by that – you’ll see it everywhere.
What truly sets me apart is my attention to detail within your contracts. I repeat several phrases and one of my favorites is ‘you don’t know what I do for you when I’m doing my job well’ – meaning your contract was so precisely executed you will never need the extra time periods I added, the protection of a contingency, or the removal of a contingency to change the burden onto the other party. I will do everything possible to make sure you have the upper hand in the entire transaction. We will use every option provided by Washington state to protect you and your transaction.
I grew up in the Yakima Valley – do you see my high school senior photo shoot in the mix? I married a local guy and we have three wonderful daughters. Our house has become a crazy menagerie of dogs, cats, chinchillas, and friends. I love to be outdoors, camping, at the beach, up at my dad’s cabin on White Pass, out in the snow, hiking, gardening, or by my pool in the sun. I spend my volunteer time with my church, the girls’ schools, and their Girl Scouts troop.
