I’ve been a Realtor in Yakima for over 19 years. This is my profession. I choose to take on a limited number of clients to give them the personal attention everyone deserves. I have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from WSU and spent just over 7 years in the architecture field. From there, I stretched into real estate. I am a certified e-Pro and Accredited Buyer’s Representative, as well as being Green certified and having completed my Commitment to Excellence (C2E) designation. All agents in the state are now referred to as Brokers, so don’t be confused by that – you’ll see it everywhere. What truly sets me apart is my attention to detail within your contracts. I repeat several phrases and one of my favorites is you don’t know what I do for you when I’m doing my job well – meaning your contract was so preciously executed you will never need the extra time periods I added, the protection of a contingency, or the removal of a contingency to change the burden onto the other party. I will do everything possible to make sure you have the upper hand in the entire transaction. We will use every option provided by Washington state to protect you and your transaction.
